Data Processing Terms

1. Parties and subject

These Terms apply between Wappy and a Form Owner when the Terms of Use are accepted and response-collection functions are used. The Form Owner is the operator when it determines purposes and data fields; Wappy is the processor acting on instructions.

2. Instructions and data

Instructions include form and access settings, retention, integrations, interface actions, and written requests. Wappy displays forms, receives and hosts responses, grants authorized access, creates bookings, sends neutral notifications, and provides selected functions. Data includes fields, contact data, Telegram IDs, and submission technical data. Restricted categories must not be instructed.

3. Form Owner duties

The Form Owner must have a lawful ground, provide notice, keep operator details accurate, limit fields and access, set retention, handle data-subject requests, select integrations lawfully, and report withdrawal, deletion, and incidents.

4. Wappy duties

Wappy processes only under instructions and law, preserves confidentiality, limits access, applies safeguards, assists with requests, reports incidents without undue delay, and deletes data after the instruction ends except where law requires retention.

5. Sub-processors and transfers

Resend is used only for login codes and links by email. Telegram is used for Telegram interaction and neutral notifications. These services may process data outside Russia; the parties complete applicable international-transfer requirements.

6. Deletion and audit

On instruction, Wappy removes data from active systems and anonymizes identifying context. Only minimal destruction evidence and legally required data are retained. Wappy may provide standardized safeguard information instead of production-system access.
